From First Preview to Final Download

Onboarding at AllOfSounds is built around a simple idea: you should hear what you are licensing before you commit. The timeline below shows how a typical project moves from account setup to a finished soundtrack, including the checks we run and the limits you should know about.

Day 1 - Account and Workspace

Create your profile, confirm your email, and set your download folder. We keep your license history in one place so you can revisit any track you have cleared for a project.

Week 1 - Browsing and Preview

Use mood, tempo, and duration filters to narrow the catalog. Every file streams in-browser at full quality, so you can check how a loop sits under dialogue or a scene before you download anything.

Week 2 - Pack Selection

Pick a themed collection or build a custom set from individual stems. We flag the bit depth, sample rate, and file size on each card, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Week 3 - Licensing and Metadata

Each download carries a license key tied to your account. The metadata includes composer name, track title, and usage terms, which keeps your cue sheet and credit list accurate.

Week 4 - Delivery and Updates

Files arrive as ZIP archives with a readme covering the license scope. If a pack gets a remaster or an added stem, you get a notification and can re-download at no extra cost.

Ongoing - Project Support

Need a different edit of a stem or a custom duration? Send a request through the support desk. We handle most adjustments within two working days, and the revised file replaces the old one in your library.

Onboarding

How the onboarding flow works

A clear path from first login to your first licensed download, with the practical limits spelled out before you start.

Create your account and set your role

Tell us whether you work in film, games, podcasting, or general content production. This sets the default tags and search filters you see first, so the catalog feels relevant from day one.

Preview tracks in the browser

Every pack has a built-in player. You can audition loops, stems, and textures without downloading anything. This is where you check mood, tempo, and how a sound sits in a mix.

Check the license terms per pack

Each collection carries its own commercial license. The terms are shown on the pack page before you commit, so you know exactly where the audio can be used and whether attribution is required.

Download stems and effects

Once you pick a pack, the download is prepared as a ZIP with clearly named files and a metadata sheet. No watermarks, no time limits, no hidden fees after checkout.

Get support if a file misbehaves

If a download fails or a file is corrupted, the support desk responds within one working day. We keep a record of your purchases so replacements are handled without extra paperwork.
