When you download a pack or stem from AllOfSounds, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the audio in commercial and personal media projects. This includes film scoring, game development, YouTube videos, podcasts, and sound installations. You may edit, loop, and layer the files as needed. You cannot resell the raw audio, redistribute it as a standalone sound pack, or claim ownership of the recordings themselves.
You are responsible for checking that the final use of a track fits the license before publishing. If you use AllOfSounds audio in a product that is sold or distributed, you must ensure the audio is mixed into your own work and not offered as a separate asset. You also agree not to use the files in defamatory, misleading, or unlawful projects. Keep your download account details secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
AllOfSounds provides audio files on an "as is" basis. We master and tag each pack carefully, but we do not guarantee that a specific file will fit every production context or that it will be free of third-party claims. Our total liability for any claim related to a download is limited to the amount you paid for that specific pack. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost production time or project delays.
You may create an account to preview tracks, save favorites, and manage downloads. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, including attempts to scrape the catalog, bypass preview limits, or share download links publicly. If your account is closed for a breach, you lose access to future downloads but retain the rights already granted for files you legitimately obtained before closure.
We may update these terms as the catalog and licensing options evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page, and continued use of AllOfSounds after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the service and keep the rights you already hold for previously downloaded files.
